These are operating rules for review. They do not add a legal entity, mailing address, jurisdiction, or payout deadline. An admin has to approve the published version before new organizer enrollment opens.
Two separate rewards
Refer a Pro and Organize Neighborhood Campaigns are separate. A homeowner can qualify for one or both. Qualifying for one does not qualify you for the other. Together they can be up to $200 in service credit when each program's rules are met.
Refer a Pro
The existing Refer a Pro reward remains $100 in service credit under the rules already shown on Refer a Pro. Submitting a referral does not earn it. This page does not convert any earlier referral promise into a different reward.
One-time organizer milestone
You can receive one $100 service credit when 10 distinct households complete and pay for qualifying services through eligible campaigns you organize. You do not earn partial credit at 1, 6, or any other count below 10. The bonus does not repeat for the next 10 households.
Progress across campaigns
Households from more than one eligible campaign you organize count toward the same one-time milestone.
What counts as a qualifying household
A qualifying household is a distinct service address that books an eligible campaign after that campaign is enrolled, completes the service, pays the provider, and is confirmed by the homeowner or an admin. The organizer's own household does not count. The same household counts once.
What does not count
Canceled, unpaid, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, test, and self-dealing bookings do not count. A shared IP address alone is not used to decide that two households are the same.
Verification and commission
Provider confirmation of completion and payment, plus homeowner confirmation or admin verification, is required. The provider commission for that booking must be collected before the household becomes confirmed progress. Until then the household stays pending. Pending progress is not service credit.
How service credit is used
Service credit can be reserved on a future eligible booking with a provider who has agreed to accept it. You pay the provider the remaining amount directly. Credit cannot exceed the service price. Unused credit stays available. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Reservation, cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Reserved credit cannot be used on a second booking at the same time. Canceling before fulfillment releases the reservation. After fulfillment, refunds and disputes go through admin review that coordinates credit restoration and the provider reimbursement. Issued credit is not automatically removed because a commission is later disputed.
Provider reimbursement
When reserved credit is redeemed, TeamUpHomes records an amount owed to the provider. That amount can be offset against commission the provider owes only when the provider's terms allow it. Any remainder is still owed. A reimbursement is not paid just because it was recorded.
Expiration
Under this initial program, progress and service credit do not expire. Expiration stays off unless a later version is explicitly approved. If terms change, households and credits already committed keep the version they accepted.
Fraud review and questions
TeamUpHomes can hold a qualification for review and can exclude bookings that do not meet these rules. An admin can record an exception. Use the support contact configured for the active program version to ask for a review. That contact is not published until an admin sets it.
Existing offers and later changes
Referral rewards already earned or already promised under the current Refer a Pro terms stay on those terms. A later organizer or referral version applies to enrollments accepted after it is published. TeamUpHomes will not reduce an enrolled organizer bonus because a campaign's margin changed.
Timing
Service credit is issued after the milestone is confirmed, including commission collection. Provider reimbursement is recorded when a redeemed booking is verified and is settled by an admin with a payment reference or an authorized commission offset. No payout deadline is stated here.
