Any lawful discounts must be accurately documented and disclosed where required. Nothing in these disclosures limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited. TeamUpHomes remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. TeamUpHomes does not negotiate or submit insurance claims on a homeowner’s behalf. Homeowners contract with and pay the roofing provider directly. TeamUpHomes invoices its fee to the provider separately and does not collect insurance proceeds or deductibles.

Fees and payment

Homeowners contract with and pay the roofing provider directly. TeamUpHomes invoices its platform fee to the provider separately after a project is complete and the provider has received full payment. TeamUpHomes does not collect insurance proceeds or deductibles, and it does not apply homeowner rewards toward a deductible. Insurance-related and undecided roofing projects are excluded from automatic referral-credit redemption until eligibility rules are legally reviewed.

The pilot fee is $500 for each of a provider’s first five completed, paid roof replacements. After that, the fee is 3% of eligible project revenue, capped at $1,000. Eligible revenue is roofing work actually completed and paid, net of discounts and refunds, excluding taxes, financing charges, and unrelated work. Approved roofing change orders are included according to the provider agreement. The fee terms shown when the provider accepts a project are the terms that apply to that project. These records are invoiced manually. Nothing on this page means a fee has been collected.
